Booking Terms

Agreement

By making a payment to TripsDesigns, you confirm that you have read and accepted our Terms & Conditions, Cancellation & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is final only after the advance payment is received and a written confirmation is issued by TripsDesigns.

Payment Terms

The advance payment starts the booking process. The balance amount is due before travel or by the date mentioned in your booking confirmation.

Price Validity

Quotes are based on availability and supplier rates at the time of quoting. Until the booking is confirmed, prices may change because of airfares, hotel rates, taxes, exchange rates or fuel surcharges.

Third-Party Services

The terms and conditions of airlines, hotels, transport providers, tour operators and visa agencies also apply to your booking.

Cancellation

Cancellation charges follow the policy of each service provider, as explained in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Taxes

Prices include or exclude GST as mentioned in the quotation or on the package page. For international tour packages, Tax Collected at Source (TCS) is charged as per Government of India rules, and the PAN of the traveller paying is required.

Service Delivery

TripsDesigns provides travel services – no physical goods are shipped. After the booking is confirmed and the due payment is received, hotel vouchers, tickets and the final itinerary are shared by email and / or WhatsApp before departure, normally within 48 hours of the supplier confirmations.

Changes During the Trip

The order of sightseeing, timings or routes may change during the trip because of weather, traffic, road conditions, local rules or other reasons beyond our control. Such changes are made for your safety and comfort and are not refundable.

Complaints During Travel

If you face any problem with a hotel, vehicle or other service during the trip, please inform your TripsDesigns travel expert immediately, so that it can be resolved on the spot. Complaints raised only after the trip are difficult to verify and may not be eligible for compensation.

Travel Documents

You are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas and identity documents for all travellers.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all trips.
