User Agreement

Scope

This agreement applies to everyone who visits the TripsDesigns website, makes an enquiry or purchases travel services from us through any channel – website, phone, WhatsApp, email or in person.

Role of TripsDesigns

TripsDesigns is a travel facilitator connecting travellers with service providers. Flights, hotels, transport, activities and visa services are contracts between the traveller and the respective provider, and TripsDesigns is not responsible for their performance or quality.

User Responsibilities

Users must review all booking details carefully, provide accurate information for all travellers and carry valid travel documents.

Payments and Fees

Users agree to pay the package cost, fares, applicable taxes and TripsDesigns service fees. Fees may change, and any shortfall caused by price or tax revisions must be paid before travel.

Payment Security

Please make payments only to the official TripsDesigns bank accounts or payment links. TripsDesigns is not liable for any loss from payments made to unauthorised accounts. Never share OTPs, PINs or card details with anyone.

Communication Consent

By sharing your phone number or email address, you allow TripsDesigns to contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry, booking, updates, payments and support.

Travel Documents and Visas

Travellers are solely responsible for valid passports, visas, permits and health certificates. Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the embassy and is not guaranteed by TripsDesigns.

Force Majeure

TripsDesigns is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond its control.

Right to Refuse or Cancel

TripsDesigns may refuse or cancel a booking in case of incomplete payment, suspected fraud or violation of these terms.

Limitation of Liability

The maximum liability of TripsDesigns is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

Fraud Prevention

Our team will never ask for your card number, OTP or net banking password. If anyone asks for these in our name, please inform us immediately.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify TripsDesigns against any claims arising from a breach of this agreement, a violation of law or misuse of our website or services.

Amendments

This agreement may be updated from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
